The W8fuleight 8 Coin challenge has been designed to develop a healthy approach to your body and fitness. By staying fit using multiple disciplines we believe your body will be in a better position to deal with whatever life throws at you. After all, variety really is the spice of life.
The 8 Coin challenge encourages you to think about all aspects of your fitness. So if you’re a runner who loves pounding the pavement, then think about going for a swim, jumping on the bike or getting you sweat on with a HIIT session. And remember, always allow time for flexibility and core work with Yoga and Pilates.

HOW TO JOIN THE COIN
1. Log in / Sign up to Strava
2. Join our 8 Coin Challange Strava club
3. Authorise our Strava app to appear on the Coin Table
HOW DO I GET A COIN?
For us to collect your Workouts (HIIT, Strength, Weight sessions etc.) these need to be added as a Workout ( ) in Strava.
For us to collect your Yogas (Yoga, Pilates, Conditioning sessions etc.) these need to be added as a Yoga ( ) in Strava.
Activities not marked as Workout or Yoga within Strava will not pull through to the coin table. Good news though - you can change the type after the event and it will work.
