The W8ful Eight is a health and fitness movement founded with the core belief that we should all be able to enjoy our food and drink whilst staying in shape.

Our motivation will never be to sculpt a body worthy of the front cover of Men's or Women's Health. Nor will we ever count the calories and tip toe around the cake stand at your nephew's birthday party.

 

On the contrary, we exercise precisely so that we can indulge in whatever delicacy takes our fancy. Whether you're a burger man, a beer lady or just love to have your cake and eat it, we believe that you should be empowered to enjoy life to its fullest. And we want to help motivate you to do just that. 

By undertaking our challenges you'll be able to maintain your health and fitness and still do whatever you want. You'll never be goaded by an adonis in lycra, you'll simply be pushed along by a community of people just like you.
